Is there an area designated for breast feeding?
Currently we do not have a designated private nursing area but the Expo office or show management will help onsite to find a location.
Are pets allowed at Expo Center?
Any type of service/therapy animal is allowed at all events. You must keep your pet in your custody at all times. Non-service pets are permitted at certain shows. Please see corresponding show website for specific rules.
Do you have a bag policy?
Every show has their own policies, please check the corresponding website for specific bag policies.
Do you have coat check?
Some shows do offer coat check.
Is food available during shows?
Most consumer shows have concessions available.
How can I receive a refund for tickets?
Ticket refunds must be handled through the show they were purchased for.
Is there Wi-Fi in the building?
Yes, it is $8 for four hours, $20 for 24 hours, $40 for 48 hours, and $55 for an entire show (move-in through move-out).
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are sold privately through each show. You must visit the corresponding show website to purchase tickets prior to the show. Calendar of events here.

Is the building wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our building is wheelchair accessible and all one level, however we do not have wheelchairs available to rent or use onsite.
Is parking free? How many spots are available?
Parking is free. There are 1,200 spots in the Main Lot, 600 in the auxiliary lot, and street parking.
